Himmelsleiter

The ascent of the sky ladder is always a highlight. It's almost more fun going up than going down. Surefootedness is a great advantage.

Off the main path lure u.a. the Somsdorfer Klamm and the ladder to varied walks.

Nice Kraxelei, if you do not want to go to the Saxon Switzerland

Safe kick, very nice descent (not suitable for small children)

If you know or find the entry from the valley you will be rewarded by an unexpected ascent.

Entry from below is not marked. Therefore turn right almost immediately after the bridge and follow the red markings (on the stones). Steep but also great ascent.

The Himmelsleiter is a worthwhile ascent, with a worthwhile view.

A must for all gorge lovers. Fantastically beautiful.

Unfortunately we were led downwards on our Wsnder route. It was a challenge for me. I think a tip in the description that it is planned this way would make our hike run in the opposite direction (upwards).

Very nice climb, meanwhile in good condition again.

Very nondescript way to climb. Right after the railway bridge, turn right.

From up here you have a great view.

Sturdy shoes and sure-footedness are mandatory here! A relatively steep climb but definitely worth it for the view!

Real pleasure for all lovers. Easier (and of course safer) going up than going down.

Absolute highlight
Unfortunately we were led downwards on our tour! With a lot of autumn leaves, luckily dry. Sometimes you have to go back down.
On the way down you should be fit and free from giddiness. We were happy to have arrived down safely.

Mountain down pure adventure ...

We've been guided down with our route - next time we'll take the 'up' option.
Requires sure-footedness, good footwear and courage. There was no lack of thrills. Also feasible with my physically compact and via ferrata experienced dog. But only well secured and with hiking gear. 💪🏼🐕🌿
