The Basilica of St. Michael (Spanish: Basílica de San Miguel) is a church in the old town of Palma on Mallorca in Spain. The church in the diocese of Mallorca is dedicated to the Archangel Michael and has the title of a minor basilica.

San Miquel was built after the Reconquista in 1229. The church is said to stand on the site of the large mosque of Madina Mayurqa, of which no traces remain.

In 1390 a larger new building was built in the Gothic style. The facade with the image of the Archangel Michael and the church tower on its square base have been preserved.

From 1632 the church was enlarged again and now redesigned in the Baroque style.

In 2018 the church was elevated to the rank of minor basilica by Pope Francis.

The church has a single nave and side chapels, and has a Gothic portal begun in 1398 by the sculptor Pere de Sant Joan, with the sculpture by Ramon Llull standing out at the top left, with a Virgin and Child and two angels in the tympanum. The Gothic bell tower has also been preserved, crowned by a typically Majorcan pyramid roof with a cross.

The vault of the choir includes a striking painting by Jaume Morey.
The retable of the high altar is by Francisco de Herrera, and is dominated by the figures of the three archangels. On the sides of the main altar there are two large paintings by the painter Juan Muntaner Cladera.

The church also forms the sanctuary of Our Lady of Health, the patron saint of Palma, venerated by the Majorcans. In the third side chapel on the right there is a picture of the Mother of God with the child, which according to tradition was brought to Palma by James I, as it is also depicted in a painting in the chapel.
