"Surrounded by large sunbathing areas with old trees that provide shade, the Wennigsen water park is one of the largest natural bathing lakes in Germany at almost 2000 square meters. There is a jumping rock and a small waterfall. Younger visitors have fun on the large sand field with a water pump and toys. Little nature researchers can borrow buckets and landing nets. A beach volleyball court, table tennis tables, croquet tables and spacious lawns also offer adults plenty of opportunities to do sports."
