From the mountain station of the Grauberg cable car you have a stunning view, which inevitably falls on the Segnesboden! Parts of the lower Segnesboden are also classified as fens and moorlands of national importance. The original mountain valley north of the Segneshütte was filled with debris brought by the mountain streams. This is how the extremely valuable natural landscape was created.
