Anyone strolling along the Fischergasse at the foot of the Freisinger Domberg on the bumpy cobblestone pavement feels transported to another time. Few cars disturb the tranquility in the idyllic lane, peacefully splashing the Moosach alongside. The history of the Fischergasse, whose settlement is already documented for the early Middle Ages, you can literally breathe. It was once a poor people's area.
