The Vinzentinum in Freising is a historic building that now serves as a senior citizens' residence. It is located at Brunnhausgasse 2-4 and is operated by the Heiliggeistspital-Stiftung Freising. The Vinzentinum offers assisted living for senior citizens and promotes social interaction. Adjacent to the Vinzentinum is the Altötting Chapel, a side church of the parish church of St. George. The chapel was built in 1669 after the Freising prince-bishop Veit Adam von Gepeckh gave a copy of the Altötting image of grace to the nearby Bruderhaus. The interior of the chapel is modeled on the octagonal chapel of grace in Altötting and was later expanded to include a hall. The vault and wall paintings date from 1782.The Altötting Chapel is located below the Domberg at the confluence of the Äußere Moosach and the Galgenbach, near the Mohrenbrunnen, built in 1901.Both the Vinzentinum and the Altötting Chapel are important historical sites in Freising and reflect the rich history of the city.
