    Hiking

The village pond is located in the center of Basedow. The stables and the castle are practically directly adjacent to the pond.
For me, the special thing about the pond is the reflection of the castle in the pond. It is particularly beautiful when there is no wind!

In the small cafe Schmiede next to, you can eat delicious cakes. From the terrace you also have a great view of the castle.

The small coffee was, like most other shops (for example, the farm shop) on 03.12.19 unfortunately closed.
    The steakhouse restaurant was open.

Please note the reflections in the pond!
