Clifden – Sky Road and back.
Lots of beautiful views—not very strenuous. However, 90% of the route follows a country road.

The tour is best done there and back. Doing it around through the village is not attractive - apart from the Captain Cook lookout. You can start this tour at Mathilda's for Breakfast and end it with a bite at the Wharf Street Café. Bring enough to drink, sun protection, and, of course, your swim gear.

It's a good idea to check the visibility before setting out on the hike. If the summit is shrouded in clouds or fog, the hike isn't really worth it. Also, parts of the trail are over rough terrain, so you can only proceed slowly and cautiously.
