The topic of fear of heights. I am not afraid of heights, or rather I have a problem when there are wide open slopes. As the route is always wooded or has bushes, it is fine for me. There are two places with a safety wire rope. Both are uncomfortable for me but quite short and have a good path, which is consistently good. It often goes steeply down to the side but apart from the two short places it is always wooded with bushes and without a wide view.

Beautiful and steadily rising hiking trail that you can walk without much effort. In several places you can always enjoy the wonderful views of the Hindelanger Valley, the Immberger Horn and the Breitenberg.

The Palmweg is a pleasure trail, steadily uphill but with a moderate incline, but not for people who have to struggle particularly with a head for heights. It is a narrow path and it is very steep to the side. But it offers fantastic views of the Hindelanger valley and the surrounding mountains.
