Kufstein Town Hall „from the first half of the 16th century“
The town hall from the first half of the 16th century has been preserved in its original core. In 1923, a staircase gable facade was created through a renovation. The late Gothic net vault was renovated in 1965. With a refurbishment (2011), the town hall was combined with the Bildsteinhaus; the renovation, carried out according to the plans of the architectural firm Rainer Köberl, Giner + Wucherer, received multiple awards.

The Marienbrunnen is a 19th-century, neo-Gothic cast-iron fountain with a figure canopy and an octagonal basin elevated by a staircase landing. Inside, a tall, tower-like tabernacle with four columns and a high, pointed helmet with tracery, pinnacles, and crockets. The gilded Madonna figure placed in the center belongs to the late Gothic type of the 16th century.
