Hiking
Elsteraner St. Trinitatis Church to a forum. Afterwards, a first peaceful demonstration with candles and slogans formed through the city with the goal of Haus am See.
This day marked the start of the turning point activities in Bad Elster.
With the resolution of the city council of December 17th, 2008, October 25th became
declared the city's commemoration day to commemorate this important event.
A commemorative plaque was erected in 2009 with donations to commemorate the events of October 25, 1989.
