During the year several markets take place around Wittringen Castle. Art in the Castle, Wittringer Gartentage, Art at the Castle, Fairytale Christmas and Star Shine. All very well worth seeing.

The castle Wittringen is a moated castle on the southwestern edge of the leisure center Wittringen. Its roots date back to the 13th century.
Today the property is owned by the city and is home to a museum and a restaurant. Since 1984 she is a listed building
