The funicular Schwyz-Stoos is a standard gauge funicular in the canton of Schwyz. It connects the Schlattli (Hinteribrig) in the municipality of Schwyz with the tourist village Stoos above Morschach. Over a length of 1740 m, it overcomes a height difference of 744 m and has below the turnout their maximum inclination of 47.73 ° (110%), making it the steepest funicular in the world. It was opened on 15 December 2017 and replaced the since 1933 operating funicular Schwyz-Stoos.
