The Westpark Bochum is a former industrial site of the Bochumer Verein and previously the Mayer cast steel factory. In the center is the Centennial Hall, which was previously used as a blower machine hall for the blast furnaces of the Bochum Association. Today it is a popular venue and recreation area. The Erzbahntrasse, Parkband West and soon also the RS1 are suitable for departure by bike.
