Situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park, Ravenglass is a pretty coastal hamlet. In the 2nd century, the Romans used the hamlet as an important naval base, although very little still remains today.

As Ravenglass lies on the estuary of three rivers – the Mite, the Irt and the Esk, it is a pretty place to marvel at nature.
