Adventure For Well-Being provides nature based therapy and adventures for the mind, body, and soul.
We believe that getting outdoors in nature and talking through our problems helps to ease and focus the mind, relieves stress, recharges the batteries, reduces anxiety, and builds confidence. Which in turn improves our mental and physical well-being.
We also provide adventure days and charity walks in The Snowdonia National Park.
