Kirchham is crossed by the two "Laudach rivers". The "Äußere Laudach" rises in the area around the Traunstein near the Laudachsee. The two source rivers of the "Dürren and Innere Laudach" are the "Platzbach" and the "Edlbach". These two get their water from the wooded Kirchham mountains - the Hochkogl, the Himmelreich, the Feichtenberg and from the border mountains Bäckerberg and Haberg.
