Hiking

The Bismarckturm was built at the beginning of the 20th century by donations. It is 27 meters high and consists of 1.5 million red clinker bricks from the Californian Ottilienhütte.
At the foot of the Bismarck tower is a small inn, where one can have on a frosty January day (and not only then) the Plinsen, pancakes from yeast dough, can taste.

Nice brick tower with a great view. You can enjoy the view from the 27m high tower on 3 different platforms. A total of 138 steps have to be mastered for the ascent. The inauguration was on September 2nd, 1917.
