Today's main house was built between 1750 and 1770. It is the result of the Prussian settlement and was led under Kauper 39. The now collapsed plank house was acquired by the owners in 1987. In 2001 a 120 square meter koi pond was created. In 2011 the decision was made to expand the garden and make it public. The Koigarten Willischza was created, which opened on May 1, 2019. The tea house with terrace offers gastronomic refreshment.
On Saturdays at 11.00 am "old Fritz" leads through the garden and reports on the settlement of Kauper and the colony.
