We start this beautiful circular walk on the beach promenade at the level of Seestrasse in Bansin - right next to the bandstand and the clock on the promenade. From here we keep left towards the Bansin pier and stay on the beach promenade even after the pier.

A little later we enter the forest towards the Langenberg forest house. We hike up to the Langenberg forest house and from here we enjoy the wonderful views from the edge of the high dunes on the Langen Berg (54 meters) down to the beach and the Baltic Sea. Anyone who can admire this view in good weather knows why the Baltic Sea is more popular with hikers than the North Sea.
