Nordic walking

The lookout tower, which was just over 15m high, was built in 1908 from Bergisch Grauwacke. In 1949 the iron fire pan was removed from the top of the tower and the tower was increased from 15.6m to 16.8m today by building a new viewing platform. The building received security and renovation measures in 1947, 1949, 1975 and most recently in 2005. Visits can be made by pre-registering with the "Wiehler Heimatverein" or at the annual "Wiehler Heimatfest".
