The bridge is called Tegeler Brücke. It has connected Reinickendorf and Spandau since 1910: The Tegeler Bridge leads Gartenfelder Straße over the Berlin-Spandau shipping canal, dug in 1842/43, which stretches twelve kilometers from the main train station to the Havel in Spandau.
