Tips

The circuit is about 8 km long and can be varied individually by other forest trails (usually no trails) or adapted so that only certain sections are driven. In the section where you are heading towards the Aare, there is a so-called DH route with 2-3 smaller jumps and one or the other steeper descent. For experienced MTB riders this is not a problem, for newbies or not so experienced it offers a good practice terrain.A large part goes through the forest, which is very pleasant at the higher temperatures. In places that are freshly cut down, it is noticeably warmer. In addition, the trail is a single root carpet for long stretches. It's not a problem in the dry weather, but I could imagine it differently in the wet.Since it is a circuit, it doesn't really matter where you start or stop.As the elevation profile confirms, there are no exceptional climbs. Only in the area of the Aare, where it goes down a bit beforehand, does it then go up a bit again, so that at least there the pulse goes a little higher.
