Traditionally, smoking is still done in the old stone oven. A special mixture of alder and beech wood is used here and a real delicacy is created.
Fresh fish (rainbow trout, salmon trout and seasonal carp and tench), smoked fish (eel, rainbow trout, salmon trout) and complete fish plates on request are offered.
