Except the building has a viewing platform at 202 meters and is even free!
There are two observation decks in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building - one facing north, the other facing south.
The opening hours are very generous: normally from 09:30 to 23:00 and with only a few closed days.
There are staff performing a bag check and organizing lift-driving. Only the way to the elevator can be tricky, depending on which level the building is entered from.
