The Klippeneck lies between the Hummelsberg and the Hüttenbühl at 980 meters. It is a slightly elevated terrain point on the Albtrauf and belongs to the Heuberg, a plateau of the Swabian Alb. On top is the Klippeneck gliding site, the highest starting point for glider pilots in Germany. After changing operators in 2019, the Klippeneck guest house has been offering accommodation again.
