Hiking

There was a Eucharist monastery in Ommerborn, built in 1922. The building was used as a training center (novice house) for the next generation of the church and also as a rest and relaxation room for priests. Catholic schools took the students there to complete their schooling. An open-air altar is used for the annual Corpus Christi procession.
The Ommerborn Monastery is now a conference and meeting place.
