Café 3440

As you might have guessed, the height of the café is in the name: at 3,440 meters you can enjoy the view of the surrounding Pitztal mountains from the futuristic building of Café 3440. The view of the highest mountain in Tyrol, the Wildspitze, is particularly beautiful.

You can also reach the highest café in Austria with the Wildspitzbahn if you are not already in hiking boots or snowshoes. The café is right next to the mountain station. Incidentally, there you will also find the highest confectionery, which provides you with Tyrolean delicacies.

The café is located directly in the mountain station of the Wildspitzbahn cable car.

very nice with outdoor and indoor seating, a large selection of different cakes and tarts. I ate apple strudel with vanilla sauce. It was very delicious
