Large 8 hectare park on the Lengenfelder PöhlThe city park, which was created in 1907 on the Lengenfelder Pöhl, is home to numerous cultural monuments, a rustic restaurant, the elementary school and the location of the park festival, which takes place every two years - one of the most traditional folk festivals in the Vogtland.On the grounds of the park there is a beautiful nature/open-air stage, the war memorial for those who died in the First World War, the monument to the park founder Fritz Thomas, a pitch pan from the 18th century and the elementary school. You can take a quiet walk on winding paths near the city or enjoy the view of the city. At the Bastei viewpoint you have a beautiful view of the Grün district.
