Orcombe Point is the most westerly point of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, which stretches from Exmouth to Old Harry Rocks near Swanage in Dorset. It is a wonderful feeling to know that you are surrounded by rocks that are 185 million years old at this point. If you are hiking the South West Coast Path the usual way, you can now look forward to 95 miles of classic hiking along the Jurassic Coast.
