On the way to Altenbanz is located near Püchitz this small chapel. Inside it houses a Marian grotto. The village Püchitz is located about 13 kilometers south of Coburg and nine kilometers west of Lichtenfels in the north of a long triangle between Itz and Main. In 1975, the place was the winner in the national competition Our village should be more beautiful.
