Urbanhafen on the Landwehr Canal

In summer, the whole of Kreuzberg meets here by the water to picnic, play music or simply enjoy the glittering sun on the canal.

The formerly hypermodern new Urbankrankenhaus at the Urbanhafen soon has 50 years on the hump. The foundation stone was laid in 1966 in the presence of the then Governing Mayor of West Berlin Willy Brandt.

A popular collection point for sheep. There is also a restaurant ship on the shore:
