Japan's second-highest post office is located at the 5th station of the Yoshida Trail. Most hikes on Mt. Fuji start and end here. Opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. You can find great postcard motifs with Fuji here, as well as a special stamp. By the way, Japan's highest post office is located on the summit of Mt. Fuji at an altitude of 3750m.

At the 5th station on Fuji (yes, that's really its name) there is the highest post office in all of Japan at an altitude of 2305 m. Here you can get very special wooden postcards in the shape of Fuji and send them directly from here with a special postmark. This is something very special.
