Raven Lake is one of the numerous lakes located in Halfway Lake Provincial Park. Access to the lake is from Highway 144 and the two campgrounds, Hawks Nest and Wild Rose. Three marked trails, Moose Ridge, Echo Pond, and Hawk Ridge, pass by Raven Lake. The lake is connected via small streams to other lakes further north, including Echo Pond and Lost Lake. Near the highway, the water flows into the large Halfway Lake.
