West of the Malxe river lies the Euloer Bruch nature reserve, first protected in 1936. The lowland landscape northwest of Forst (Lausitz) covers approximately 83 hectares and is a distinct refuge for many rare and endangered plant and animal species. The forest and moorland area, surrounded by ponds and reeds, is a true insider tip for nature lovers all year round with its extensive fauna and flora. On hikes, you can make many discoveries or simply listen to the rustling of the floodplain forest.
