Gravel riding
The Danube near Kelheim is a truly historic place. Here, monumental architecture meets a unique river landscape. When you stand at the top of the Befreiungshalle on the Michelsberg and look down, you are looking at one of the most striking sections of the entire river course. Directly below the Befreiungshalle begins one of Bavaria's most spectacular geotopes. The Danube has carved its way through the Jura rock here over millennia.
