Material was transported in the pot not only by train, but also by cable car - which is somehow also a train. And a cable car also needs a track on which to build. If the cable car is no longer needed, here also offers a very nice way of recultivation: the (train) path bike path.

2.6 km follow the old route, while you cycle mostly on a water-bound ceiling. By the way, the former cable car belonged to the mine Minister Achenbach, which was shut down in the 1990s. On the way you will pass relics of the mining industry. Most striking is probably the so-called "Colani egg": former winding tower, now a business lounge. The path is a nice connection between Datteln-Hamm and Dortmund-Ems-Kanal.

This is predominantly no railroad tracks in the narrower sense. There are likely to be some cable cars in the Ruhr area. It is unusual that in Brambauer the route has been preserved as a route connection even after the dismantling. And now as a bike and walk almost completely crossroads through Brambauer leads.
