I hadn't done it in ages, and I did it yesterday, from Fiumicino to Rome, on my vintage road bike, adapted for cyclocross, but with classic brakes.
From Fiumicino to Parco de Medici, very good. Suitable for any bike. From Ponte Galeria to the Tor di Valle bike path, after three days of rain, only suitable for gravel or mountain biking.
