    Nowen Hill, or Cnoc na nAbhann, meaning 'hill of the rivers', is another transmitter-topped woodland hill in County Cork. At 535 metres, it makes for a good workout, and from the summit, you have great views of the Kerry Hills and over towards Bantry Bay. It has a clearly marked and family-friendly track that leads you all the way to the top.
