At night the monument is beautifully illuminated and an eye-catcher to photograph. This was only installed as part of the renovation. Because there is otherwise little light pollution in Ommerborn, you can also take wonderful photos of the night sky there.

Finally, you can perhaps stop off at the old Ommerborn monastery.
