Following in the footsteps of the Christian missionaries Willibald, Wunibald, Walburga and Sola, the pilgrims are on the Ecumenical Pilgrimage Trail from Eichstätt to Heidenheim.
The three roughly-left Jurassic tablets, arranged in a semicircle, symbolize the Anglo-Saxon religious messengers Willibald, Wunibald and Sola. They form the framework for the cross in the middle.
