Tips
As one of Jena's seven wonders, the Fuchssturm (vulpecula rurris) attracts guests and locals. The view from the mountain and the tower that can be climbed is fascinating. The observation deck of the Fuchssturm is located at a height of about 21 meters. From this completely glazed space under the tower roof you can see the Saale valley in both directions. Also worth seeing are the battlefield of 1806 and the view of the nearby village Ziegenhain.
