Saint Christopher watches over the transition from the chancel to the nave.
A highlight of the interior is a model ship that hangs from the high vault in the church room. The frigate "Samson", which was donated by a citizen of Heiligenhafen in 1636 as one of the oldest votive ships in Germany.
The baptismal font in front of the altar is also pretty to look at.
