Hiking
In the course of time, various jumps or jumping hills were built, of which the Pionierschanze in Pfaffental and the ski jumping facilities on Regenberg were used the longest.
1976-1980 the city built the youth ski jump on Stachelsrain as a central jumping facility in cooperation with companies and the winter sports club SC-Motor Zella-Mehlis.
