Hiking

The main road from Tversted ends directly on the sandy beach, which is passable in both directions. Tversted, or Tannisby as it used to be called, is a holiday destination with many offers during the summer season. There is a parking lot with toilets at the beach entrance. The restored lifeboat lies in an old rescue house. Every now and then let down and rowed through the waves by the club members who are committed to maintaining the boat.
