This urban palace was designed by Clemente Fernández Sarela and commissioned by the Marquises of Bendaña in the mid-18th century and completed in 1759 (Baroque).
It stands out for its artistic, baroque-style balconies with lattices and the statue of Atlas or Hercules holding the globe crowning the façade above the coat of arms of the Marquises.
It currently houses the Eugenio Granell Foundation and Museum, dedicated to cultural activities and exhibitions.
