After the steel viaduct section, the line continues on a railway embankment. Both the embankment and six railway overpasses will be renovated as part of the reactivation. This includes the concrete bridge over Quellweg. This bridge, like the entire line, was inaugurated in 1929. One hundred years later, the first S-Bahn trains are scheduled to run again on the line to Gartenfeld at the end of 2029.
