Brilliant view over the city, and it's completely free. On the 45th floor, you can enjoy an approx. 180-degree view; in good weather, you can see Mt. Fuji. Entry is from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM, however, the last entry is already at 9:30 PM. In the evenings and on weekends, there can be up to a 45-minute wait until you get into the elevator to go up.

Less known than its cousins, the Tokyo Tower and TOKYO SKYTREE, the twin towers of the building each have a viewing platform at an altitude of 202 meters.
