The real landmark of the Bahlingen town hall is a baroque memorial stone that adorns the gable side like an order on the tails chest. With a rambling text it reminds of the paving of the local streets carried out from 1761 to 1764. There is a fountain in front of the town hall, which draws attention to itself in the summer months with its lively water feature.
The building was built around 1650 as a successor to the parish hall and was last renovated in 2002.
