Käppele Pilgrimage Church (Würzburg)

Beautiful church worth visiting. Already on the way up there are several stations that show the way of the cross. Once at the top you can not only look at the really pretty church from the outside but also from the inside and also enjoy the beautiful view of Würzburg.

The Käppele, as it is known by the vernacular, or the pilgrimage church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary is a small jewel and the way up (scarcely 250 steps) is worth it. Not only the beautiful view of Würzburg or over to the fortress make this place. It is also this beautiful baroque chapel.
